 Learning Tzidkat HaTzaddik

Tzidkat HaTzaddik is Rav Tzadok HaKohen of Lublin’s book of short numbered paragraphs on serving God. My father and I learn it together, and these posts are written from our notes. If you want to follow what we’re learning, this is the place.
  1. Part 1 What We Inherit: Tzidkat HaTzaddik 62–63 Oct 26, 2026Rav Tzadok says great people acquired qualities for their descendants, but not Torah. Then, one paragraph later, sons become talmidei chachamim through their mothers.
  2. Part 2 Success Is Not Proof: Tzidkat HaTzaddik 64–65 Oct 28, 2026Rav Tzadok says Hashem’s help doesn’t prove you’re right, then reads Rabbi Eliezer’s miracles and Korach’s 250 men through that idea.
