Rabbi Aaron Schechter זצ״ל served as Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivas Rabbeinu Chaim Berlin in Brooklyn, New York for decades, carrying forward the legacy of Rav Yitzchok Hutner זצ״ל. He passed away in August 2023.

Shortly after the Rosh Yeshiva’s passing, his son Rabbi Mordechai Zelig Schechter זצ״ל — the Mashgiach of the yeshiva — also passed away.
