Rabbi Aaron Schechter זצ״ל

Rabbi Aaron Schechter זצ״ל served as Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivas Rabbeinu Chaim Berlin in Brooklyn, New York for decades, carrying forward the legacy of Rav Yitzchok Hutner זצ״ל. He passed away in August 2023.

These posts are personal essays written by a former talmid — not a biography, not a formal eulogy, but an attempt to record what it meant to learn under a genuine gadol, and what was lost when he passed.
